• In the UAE.com Mail app - its settings open this page.
• By email - write to apps@uae.com from the mailbox you want deleted or from its recovery address, and name the address. We reply to confirm before anything is deleted.
• A booking or reservation made on the UAE.com booking site - write to support@uae.com with its reference.

What is deleted

• The mailbox with its mail, contacts, calendars, tasks and Drive files, and what the Drive found in them.
• Its settings, filters and signatures, its app passwords and passkeys, any link to a Google account, and the notification tokens of the app.
• The personal details of the account: the display name, the recovery email and the phone numbers, and the contact details given for its booking or its free address.

What is kept, and for how long

• Receipts and the record of a purchase, for the period the law requires.
• Sign-in and delivery logs, for up to 90 days; error reports, for up to 90 days.
• Backups, for up to 35 days after the mailbox is erased.
• The address itself is held for 90 days before anyone can take it again, so that nobody receives mail meant for you.

How long it takes

We close the account within 30 days of the request; sign-in stops when the account is closed. The mailbox is kept for 30 more days in case the request was a mistake or was not yours, then erased. Until the account is closed, you can cancel by writing to apps@uae.com with your reference.

An address on an organisation's own domain (your employer's or your family's, for example) is managed by that organisation's administrator, who receives the request and carries it out; we are told of every request too, and erase what only we hold. ما يُحذف

• صندوق البريد مع رسائله وجهات الاتصال والتقويمات والمهام وملفات التخزين (Drive)، وما استخلصه التخزين منها.
• إعداداته وقواعد التصفية والتواقيع، وكلمات مرور التطبيقات ومفاتيح المرور، وأي ربط بحساب جوجل، ورموز إشعارات التطبيق.
• البيانات الشخصية للحساب: اسم العرض والبريد الاحتياطي وأرقام الهاتف، وبيانات التواصل المقدَّمة لحجزه أو لعنوانه المجاني.

ما نحتفظ به ومدته

• الإيصالات وسجل الشراء، للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
• سجلات تسجيل الدخول والتسليم لمدة أقصاها 90 يوماً؛ وتقارير الأخطاء لمدة أقصاها 90 يوماً.
• النسخ الاحتياطية لمدة أقصاها 35 يوماً بعد محو صندوق البريد.
• يُحجز العنوان نفسه 90 يوماً قبل أن يتمكن أي شخص من تسجيله من جديد، حتى لا يستلم أحد بريداً موجهاً إليك.

المدة المطلوبة

نغلق الحساب خلال 30 يوماً من الطلب، ويتوقف تسجيل الدخول عند إغلاقه. ويُحتفظ بصندوق البريد 30 يوماً أخرى تحسّباً لأن يكون الطلب خطأً أو لم يصدر عنك، ثم يُمحى. وإلى أن يُغلق الحساب، يمكنك إلغاء الطلب بمراسلة apps@uae.com مع ذكر رقمك المرجعي.

يدير العنوانَ الذي يقع على نطاق خاص بمؤسسة ما (نطاق جهة عملك أو عائلتك مثلاً) مسؤولُ تلك المؤسسة، وإليه يصل الطلب وهو من ينفّذه؛ ونُبلَّغ نحن أيضاً بكل طلب، ونمحو ما نحتفظ به وحدنا. ويُحذف الحساب الخاضع لحجز قانوني عند رفع الحجز. راجع أيضاً صفحة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات.
